I did not like the acting very much in this episode. It did not feel natural at all.
I did like however that the patient who escapes the institution is a good guy after all.
The main interest of this story is the script that proposes many memorable lines, like Spock's point of view on human wars: "Your Earth people glorify organized violence for forty centuries, but you imprison those who employ it privately." Also notable is this gem from Kirk: "One of the advantages of being a captain, doctor, is being able to ask for advice without necessarily having to take it."
