This was a very enjoyable story despite a few things here and there that annoyed me. For example, how can a trained officer be so negligent as to remove his glove to scratch his nose while wearing a hazmat suit, right after he touched an object that may very well be contaminated? And the way all the actors rendered the sweaty hands was pretty bad.

But this episode had so many fun moments. Sulu's fencing scene is pure classic. Riley was a bit overacted, but this may have contributed to make all his appearances hilarious: "I will render Kathleen... ONE MORE TIME!"

At this point in the series, Yeoman Rand would really be entitled to file a report for sexual harassment.

One of the best scenes for me was when Nurse Chapel confessed her love for Spock. Contaminated or not, that felt genuine, even from this new character.

The very first of the very hit or miss "everybody gets sick and goes crazy" episodes, which would become a Star Trek hallmark in every series. Didn't care for this one.
